General condition of residence and reservation:

Unless otherwise specified, the prices quoted

include heating, electricity, gas, water.

Final cleaning is included in the price, but the

kitchen should be clean before the departure or we

will have to charge 50 EUR for the cleaning.

The price price also includes linen and towels, which

are changed once a week. The price does not

include service charges for phone calls made.The

cost of the

telephone use is calculated on the basis of impulses

used and Slovenian Post Offic

price per impulse EUR 0,10/impulse

Facilities / Services

All apartments are fully furnished to a high standard

and include a kitchen fully equipped with appliances,

cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. No food is

provided. No items may be removed from the

apartment.

Damage

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to

your goods or personal belongings kept at the

accommodation. You are also responsible for taking

all reasonable care of the apartment and its

contents. The apartment and all equipment, utensils,

furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end

of your stay.

Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are

responsible for any damage to the apartment or its

contents during your stay which has occurred due to

the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible

behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying

the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be

reported to the manager/owner,

without delay.

Security deposit

The guest must pay a security deposit of EUR 100 or

authorizing the use of credit cards at the time of

arrival or a security card swipe will be taken at the

arrival. This payment will not be processed but will

be held. The cost of any damage to the property or

to any items in and/or at the property caused or any

service charges incurred by you or any member of

your party (for example telephone calls) will be

deducted by us from the security deposit at the end

of your stay. If the security deposit is not sufficient

to cover any damage caused or service charges

incurred by you, the customer will be responsible for

paying us any additional monies required

immediately on request from us.

Additional payment:

- children up to 2 years without bed: gratis

- children from 2 to 5 years without bed 5,00 EUR

- additional bed 10,00 EUR,baby cot 5,00 EUR

- pets by arrangement 5,00 EUR

- garage/private parking space 10-12 EUR

-late arrival between 21:00 and 24:00 30 €
- night arrival between 24:00 and 07:00 50 €

Discounts:

- 14 to 20 days 5% discount

- 21 to 30 days 10% discount

- 31 to 60 days 15% discount

- over 61 days 23% discount

No discounts available during summer hollidays.

Prices are increased 30% from 23 December to 3

January and 10% for Easter holidays. For the New

Year and Easter the minimum period to stay is 5

days.

Tourist tax not included in the rental price

- adults 3,13 EUR

- children ( 7y to 18y ) 1,562 EUR

Terms of payment: payment on arrival . Method of

payment: in cash, showing on account(net amount), or with

credit cards Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA (add 4%)

 

 

 

 

Reservation

fee: 30% of the total expected rental.

Terms of reservation: apartments can be rented or

reserved while free and unreserved. Reservation is

completed by

paying a reservation fee or by providing us with the

type, number, control number and expiry date of the

credit card. We will use the information from your

credit card only to guarantee our reservation and

will not deduct any money

 

 

from your account unless

you cancel the reservation.Please note that the reservation fee is nonrefundable,

not even in the case of force majeure

Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation will be effective only

from the date of receipt We accept only written

cancellation on apartmentsljubljana@gmail.com

 

 

 

 14 days or more prior to arrival : reservation fee

7- 14 days prior to arrival - you will be charged the

50% of your total accommodation costs.

Under 7 days and No Show - For clients failing to

arrive for a booking, ��no-shows��, full cost of

accommodation will be charge

Guest is obliged to comply with the rules and house order laid down

in the guestbook. Any caused damage shall be charged according to the pricelist.

 The guest is bound to apply for reclamation  on the same day an irregularity is found,or in writing within 8 days of completing residence. In other cases, reclamation will not be considered.

                               In stays that are shorter than originally agreed upon with the

reservation the daily prices are calculated according to the currently

valid price list.The whole amount of the agreed stay up to the length

of two weeks should be paid and

as well 30% of the agreed amount for the remaining days.

 

 

 

 

 

 Please understand that we can reserve the

apartment for you only with the option that

in absolute necessity your reservation could be

turned to another similar apartment. But first of all

we will respect your first choice.

Arrival: the accommodation can be at your disposal

from 14.00 to 18.00 p.m., except if the guest arrives

on some other appointed time- late arrival more than 1

hour after appointed time 30 EUR

 

 

 

 Departure: To leave till 10.00 o'clock , if not, one

more day staying will be charged.

For certain rental cases, different conditions of

residence can be negotiated as stated in this

general notice and conditions of residence.

By making the reservation the customers (guests)

are consenting to be bound by all of these terms and

conditions.

* Internet – Wi-fi connection. Computer equipment is not available.
* Use of garage  against additional payment
