Long-term rental-minimum is 2 months and it costs (1-2 person) :
Price includes bedding, towels, kitchen cloths, electricity, gas, heating, water, apartment liabilities (utility costs),internet connection.
The cost of telephone use: according Telekom price list.
Payment for the final cleaning at the departure is obligatory. The price EUR 70 is for standard final cleaning and includes wash of bedding and towels at the departure. The surcharge for additional cleaning of kitchen (dirty dishes, glassware, cutlery, tableware, etc.) is EUR 50 - the surcharge for additional final cleaning at departure is charged according to the price list.
Reservation amount: 1 monthly fee
Reservation conditions: the accommodation can be rented or reserved as long as it is available and no reservations have been confirmed for it. The reservation can be confirmed after the completion of the payment for the reservation or after authorizing us with the use of credit card details for the payment of the reservation by providing us with the type, number, control number and expiry date of the credit card.
Guarantee amounts to 1 monthly fee.
In case of cancellation before the arrival, the reservation fee is not returnable. If the guest wants to leave before than originally agreed at least one month will be charged from the day that he/she notifies the premature departure-the minimum charge are 2 months.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation. You are also responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartment and its contents. The apartment and all equipment, utensils,furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay.Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be reported to the manager/owner without delay.
The guest must pay a security deposit of 1 monthly fee or authorizing the use of credit cards at the time of arrival or a security card swipe will be taken at the arrival. This payment will not be processed but will be held. The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay.
The security deposit is usually returned fast after departure ,but it could take time in case of telephone bills to pay ,or if, for example, some repairs have to be done by workers in the apartment . If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, the customer will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us.
Payment conditions: Pre-payment of the guarantee and of the first monthly fee for the accommodation at the arrival. Monthly payments are done for a month in advance.
Manner of payment: in cash or by bank transfer.
Guest is obliged to comply with the rules and house order laid down in the guestbook. Any caused damage shall be charged according to the pricelist.
Arrival: from 14.00 to 18.00, unless the tenant arrives on some other beforehand appointed time.
Departure: until 12:00 am.
By making the reservation the customers (guests)are consenting to be bound by all of these terms andconditions
